Thrive. For Life.
Self-care woven into daily life, so students Thrive. For Life. Holistic Living: Thriving Through Care and Activity
Life on campus is shaped around balance — between effort and ease, focus and renewal. Recreational amenities are woven into daily life, encouraging self-care, healthy routines and a steady sense of wellbeing alongside academic growth.
The wellness facilities are designed to support comfort, recovery and routine self-care. The spa and sauna complex is directly connected to the half-Olympic indoor swimming pool and is divided into separate sections for boys and girls. Each section accommodates up to 60 students and includes four sauna rooms, four steam rooms and five showers, offering a calm, restorative environment within daily campus life.

The CrossFit gym forms an integral part of the fitness centre, supporting strength training, conditioning and overall physical wellbeing. Equipped with modern facilities, the space encourages regular movement and sustained fitness as part of a balanced routine.
Sports sessions are woven into campus life, encouraging consistency, discipline and an active routine beyond academic hours. Physical fitness is a central part of the school’s holistic approach, with students engaging across a wide range of sports. Boarders benefit from focused coaching in their chosen sport each evening, supporting skill development, physical conditioning and sustained engagement.
This is supported by extensive sports infrastructure, including seven playing fields, a cricket pitch, a 400-metre athletics track, courts for basketball, tennis and volleyball, and a fitness centre with a professional shooting range, gym, squash courts, table tennis, pickle and paddle, billiards and a half-Olympic indoor swimming pool. The school is affiliated with ISSO and regularly hosts ISSO tournaments.
